1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Multi Convert Client (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors and users of the Service. We reserve the right to update them at any time; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of the Service

Multi Convert Client is a free, browser-based file conversion and processing tool. It supports over 200 conversion formats across images, video, audio, documents, ebooks, fonts, 3D models, archives, and more.

The Service is provided free of charge and does not require account creation or registration.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Multi Convert Client only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the Service to process files that contain content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content promoting terrorism, or content that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to overload or disrupt the availability of the Service.
• Remove, circumvent, or disable any security features of the Service or its CDN provider (Cloudflare).
• Misrepresent the origin of files you process, or use the Service to facilitate fraud.

Since all processing occurs locally in your browser, you are solely responsible for the files you choose to convert and for complying with applicable copyright laws and licences covering those files.

4. Intellectual Property

The Multi Convert Client name, logo, website design, source code, and written content are the intellectual property of Multi Convert Client and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our branding or code without express written permission.

The files you convert remain entirely yours. Multi Convert Client claims no rights whatsoever over the content of files you process through the Service.

Multi Convert Client integrates open-source libraries (including FFmpeg, pdf-lib, libarchive.js, and others). Each of those libraries is subject to its own respective licence, which can be found in their respective project repositories.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• Any specific conversion will produce a result that meets your quality or compatibility requirements.
• The Service will be compatible with every browser, operating system, or device.
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected within a specific time frame.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Multi Convert Client and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or file corruption resulting from use of the Service.
• Loss of revenue or profits arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Costs incurred to procure substitute services.
• Any claim made by a third party in connection with your use of the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to you in full.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Multi Convert Client may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement. Multi Convert Client has no control over the content or privacy practices of third-party websites and accepts no liability in connection with them.

The Service is delivered via Cloudflare as a CDN and security provider. Cloudflare's own terms of service and privacy policy govern that relationship.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Use. Because the Service requires no account, "termination" in practice means blocking access via our CDN or network-level controls.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be announced on the website at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the current version came into force. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
